First Christmas In Heaven
I've had my first Christmas in Heaven
A glorious wonderful day!
I stood with saints of the ages
Who found Christ, the Truth, and the
Way
I sang the glad songs of redemption,
How Jesus to Bethlehem came,
And how they had called His name
Jesus,
That all might be saved through His
name.
We sang once again with the angels,
The song that they sang that blest
morn,
When shepherds first heard the glad
story
That Jesus, the Saviour, was born.
O, dear one, I wish you had been here:
No Christmas on earth could compare
With all the rapture and glory
We witness in Heaven so fair.
You know how I always loved
Christmas;
It seemed such a wonderful day,
With all of my loved ones around me,
The children so happy and gay.
Yes, now I can see why I loved it,
And, Oh, what a joy it will be,
When all of my loved ones are with me,
To share in the glories I see.
So dear ones on earth, here's my
greeting:
Look up till the day dawn appears,
And, Oh, what a Christmas awaits us,
Beyond all our partings and tears.

With tearful eyes I watched you,
Although I loved you dearly....
I could not make you stay.

| Foot Prints In the Sand~ One night a man had a dream. He dreamed he was walking with the Lord. Across the sky flashed scenes of his life. For each scene, he noticed two sets of footprints in the sand; one belonged to him, and the other to the Lord. When the last scene of his life flashed before him, he looked back at the footprints in the sand. He noticed that many times along the path of his life there was only one set of footprints. He also noticed that it had happened at the very lowest and saddest times in his life. This really bothered the man and he questioned the Lord about it. "Lord, you said that once I decided to follow you, you'd walk with me all the way. But I have noticed that during the most troublesome times in my life, there is only one set of footprints. I don't understand why, when I needed you most, you would leave me." The Lord replied, "My precious child, I love you and I would never leave you. During your times of trial and suffering, when you see only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you." -Author Unknown |

I'M STILL HERE
Please don't mourn for me
I'm still here, though you don't see.
I'm right by your side each night and
day
and within your heart I long to stay.
My body is gone but I'm always near.
I'm everything you feel, see or hear.
My spirit is free, but I'll never depart
as long as you keep me alive in your
heart.
I'll never wander out of your sight-
I'm the brightest star on a summer
night.
I'll never be beyond your reach-
I'm the warm moist sand when you're at
the beach.
I'm the colorful leaves when fall comes
around
and the pure white snow that blankets
the ground.
I'm the beautiful flowers of which you're
so fond,
The clear cool water in a quiet pond.
I'm the first bright blossom you'll see in
the spring,
The first warm raindrop that April will
bring.
I'm the first ray of light when the sun
starts to shine,
and you'll see that the face in the
moon is mine.
When you start thinking there's no one
to love you,
you can talk to me through the Lord
above you.
I'll whisper my answer through the
leaves on the trees,
and you'll feel my presence in the soft
summer breeze.
I'm the hot salty tears that flow when
you weep
and the beautiful dreams that come
while you sleep.
I'm the smile you see on a baby's face.
Just look for me, friend, I'm everyplace!
