I understand that the ride on toys, teeter totter, climbing gyms, chairs, wading pool,
sprinklers and other toys are used on a regular basis. I also understand that helmets,
and knee pads will not be provided by 1-2-3 family Daycare but are encouraged to
be provided by the parent. I will not hold 1-2-3 Family Daycare responsible for
injuries incurred while using equipment at 1-2-3 Family Daycare, providing the children
are supervised and the equipment is in good repair.
